Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Orders that are placed Monday-Thursday before 2pm and on Friday's before 11am are generally dispatched on the same day and shipping is free for orders over £30. Most packages are shipped via Royal Mail with tracking, and drop-off without signature. If you prefer different means of shipment an additional cost might be applied and please contact us before placing your order. Whichever shipment choice you make, you will be provided with a link to track your package online.

Orders placed on weekends and on a national Bank Holiday will only be dispatched the next working day. Please note, industrial action taken by Royal Mail staff may impact arrival time of your order. Please refer to their website for updates.

Shipping fees (on orders under £30) include handling and packing as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, shipping fees will apply to each order. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Should you find your order is not satisfactory, you can initiate a return or contact us and we will assist you. Refund requests are only accepted within 14 days of delivery. We take pride in providing quality customer care. 

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. On occasion, the stock level may not update immediately and therefore a purchased item may be out of stock. In this case, we will contact you and offer a substitute item or a refund.
