We accept returns of unopened items within 14 days of the delivery date. Should you wish to return all or part of your order, please send an email to support@decodine.co.uk with your name and order number and we will send you a Royal Mail prepaid return label. After carefully packaging the items you are returning, attach the label to the box, and drop it off at your local Post Office. Upon receipt of the package, we will issue a refund which will show in your account in the following few days.
